1. Incoming Material Inspection

Materials and components are reviewed before they enter production. 2. In-Process Quality Control

Production teams monitor key process conditions and conduct inspections during manufacturing to support stable and consistent output. Depending on the product specification, process checks may cover dimensions, structure, surface quality, workmanship, and other characteristics that influence packaging performance. Inspection results are used to identify deviations at an early stage and reduce the risk of recurring issues.

3. Finished Product Inspection

Before release, finished packaging materials are inspected against approved specifications and customer requirements. Quality checks may include appearance, dimensions, material consistency, workmanship, functionality, and overall conformity. Where testing is required, evaluation methods are selected according to the product type, agreed technical requirements, and applicable internal inspection standards.

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging and shipment preparation are reviewed to help protect products during handling, transportation, and storage. Before dispatch, our team checks product identification, quantities, labeling, packing condition, and shipment documentation against the order requirements. Special packing or marking instructions are confirmed when specified by the customer.

5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback, inspection findings, and production observations are recorded and reviewed to support corrective action and process improvement.
